Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to serve as a Lifeguard for a rapidly growing and dynamic property management organization. We offer paid certification/recertification for those who meet certain prerequisites and successfully complete an approved lifeguard training course.
Responsibilities will include:

Must be able to maintain constant surveillance of residents using the pool and act immediately and appropriately to ensure safety in an emergency situation.
Must be able to help keep the pool & surrounding area in an efficient state of cleanliness and functionality.
Must be able to put safety first and be willing to follow and enforce pool rules.
Must be able to follow directions and communicate with supervisor and the team regarding the status of the pool and any issues that may arise.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

CPR/Lifeguard certification is required to being working. We will consider paying for the certification.
Must be at least 16 years old.
Must be available from Memorial Day through Labor Day for hours scheduled Tuesday through Sunday between 11:00 am and 8:00 pm.
Must possess a positive, can-do attitude
Must have excellent communication, organization, management and people skills

We are seeking highly motivated, career-oriented individuals who function well in a team environment. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, passionate and accountable for achieving results.
Candidates will be required to pass a credit & criminal background check and drug test.
