Job Summary: Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled CRNA for a 20-week assignment offering a completion bonus for 520 hours over 13 weeks. This role involves a mix of general and orthopedic cases in a supervised setting with a 2:1 CRNA-to-MD ratio. The facility operates five anesthesia rooms, with MDs both supervising and performing their own cases. Shifts are 8 or 10 hours with no in-house call or pager responsibilities, and overtime is not expected. Providers must have an active state license, as this site is not accepting candidates who require new licensure. Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessments, obtaining consent, discussing anesthetic plans with patients, administering and monitoring anesthesia, and performing clinical interventions as needed. Candidates must hold a current RN license, be graduates of an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and be certified or recertified by the AANA.

● Current certification as a CRNA by the National
Board on Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)

● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA
licenses in Illinois

●  Minimum of 1–3 years of
CRNA experience preferred; proficiency in general and orthopedic anesthesia

● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to
provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations

● Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care
team

● BLS and ACLS required; PALS and
other advanced certifications as applicable

● Must already have IL license and must be certified or recertified by the AANA Council
