Overview:
We are seeking a results-oriented Supply Chain Strategy Consultant to transform complex logistics operations into measurable strategic improvements. We drive operational efficiency across internal sites through structured process optimization, while delivering end-to-end supply chain consulting for external clients — from process design to tangible performance outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Lead operational transformation initiatives — drive end-to-end consulting projects from process diagnosis to executive-level solution presentation. - “Analyze”
Translate data into strategy and improvement opportunities by analyzing operations, identifying inefficiencies, and developing practical, high-impact solutions. - “Strategize”
Build winning solution strategies through competitive RFP proposals backed by quantified operational and financial impact. - “Optimize”
Design process optimization roadmaps including layout improvement, manpower strategy, and structured process redesign. - “Influence”
Influence executive decision-making by presenting clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders. - “Execute”
Turn strategy into measurable results by supporting implementation and ensuring improvements are realized in real operations. - “Engage”
Engage directly with global operations environments through domestic and international travel (~25%) to deliver hands-on consulting impact.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- Experience in consulting, supply chain, logistics, or 3PL operations preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and quantitative modeling skills.
- Confident communicator with executive-level presentation capability.
- Able to manage multiple projects in deadline-driven environments.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Willingness to travel domestically / internationally (~25%).
- Fluency in Korean and English is required.
The base salary for the position starts from $70,000 annually, depending on your experience, qualifications, and skill set.
