Role Overview: This role involves close monitoring, advanced clinical skills, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support long‑term recovery and stabilization.
Requirements:

1 year of experience required.
1 year of Epic experience required, Omnicell – Medication System
Flu Vaccine Required – No Exemptions.
Certificates Required: ACLS, BLS and SC state RN license.
Teaching Hospital Experience Preferred but not required.
Community Hospital Experience Preferred but not required.
Previous Charge Experience Preferred
LTAC Experience Preferred
Trauma Level I & II Experience Preferred but not required.
Patient Diagnoses: 18 yrs +, Vent Weaning, Wound Care, Spinal cord injury. Trach/Peg.
Special Procedures/Unit Details: 12 Bed ICU, 31 Bed Med-Surg Unit, Staff work both units
Will accept 1st time travelers depending on experience in specialty.
Call & Float required if needed.

Schedule:

Shift: 3x12 Nights 7:00 PM -7:30 AM.
Required Floating if needed.
Weekend coverage - Every other (may change based on need)
