About the Role:

Join Abundant Care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Altoona, PA, where you'll make a meaningful impact on our patients' lives. We are dedicated to providing compassionate care and support, and we invite you to be a part of our dynamic team that values excellence and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.

Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.

Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Participate in patient assessments and evaluations.

Requirements:

Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
