Rate: Travel: $1,752/40 -hours Local: $1,684/40 -hours

Requirements:

Active LPN license in Hart.

Minimum 1 year of LTC or similar experience preferred

Current BLS certification

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician

Administer medications and basic treatments according to care plans

Assist with daily living activities and resident hygiene

Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions

Accurately document nursing interventions and outcomes

Collaborate with the care team to support resident -centered care

Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
