LPN/LVN - Telemetry in Waterloo, IA with $1512 Weekly Gross)

Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking a Med Surg LPN/LVN for a travel/contract position in Waterloo, IA. We are accepting both local and traveler candidates. 

Position Details:

Position Name: Travel LPN/LVN Med/Surg

Location: Waterloo, Iowa

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Pay Rate: Range $1296 to $1512 weekly Gross pay based on a 36-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: Med Surg

Shifts available: Nights

Schedule: 36 hours/week, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend

Position Requirements:

• LPN/LVN experience: 2 years - Required
  


• Med Surg experience: Recent/Current 2 years – Required
  


• Post Operative Care experience or similar - Required 
  


• Experience with Tele strips reading - Required
  


• Epic EMR experience - Required
  


• Prior Travel Nursing experience – Highly preferred
  

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• LPN License for the State of IA or Compact - Required
  


• BLS Certifications from AHA - Required
  

Job Description:

• Provide complete nursing care for patient in the assigned units (med/surg) under RN or Nurse Manager's supervision 
  


• As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.
