The Mailroom Operator is responsible for operating high-level mail equipment, including mail inserters, sorters, finishing equipment, and specialized shipping systems in an automated, high-speed, high-volume environment. This role involves handling, packaging, labeling, shipping, receiving, and distribution of mail and packages, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with organizational and client requirements. The operator will also provide mail cleansing services, perform charge-back reporting, maintain tracking systems, and deliver exceptional customer service.
