We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Worker (1099 contractor) to perform a variety of handyman and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in general maintenance, demonstrate professionalism on worksites, and be able to work independently with their own tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and handyman tasks, including:

  • Running wires

  • Installing cameras

  • Patching holes and repairing drywall

  • General repairs as assigned

• Use your own tools and ladder to complete tasks efficiently and safely

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment, including site cleanup after each job

• Be available during regular business hours and able to respond to work as needed

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and staff

Requirements

• Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or in a similar role

• Proficiency in general maintenance

• Must provide your own tools and ladder (examples: drill, screwdrivers, pliers, wire cutters, drywall tools, painting/patching supplies, etc.)

• Must carry valid contractor liability insurance

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, bend, and stand for extended periods

• Reliable transportation to and from job site

• Professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with clients

• Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
