Description
The Events Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and executing eMoney’s event planning initiatives including industry conferences, client events, hosted gatherings, an annual virtual user conference, and webinars. This role oversees a high performing team of Event Planning professionals.
This highly visible role requires creative thinking, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration to drive eMoney's brand presence, customer engagement, and pipeline growth through effective event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute event programs aligned with business goals, including sponsored events, webinars, and our annual user conference.
Oversee all event phases—from planning to post-event analysis—with a focus on attracting new audiences and increasing engagement.
Evaluate and recommend strategic industry events and sponsorships.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of event professionals.
Partner with internal stakeholders to align messaging, staffing, and follow-up campaigns.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and logistics.
Define success metrics, analyze performance, and optimize for future events.
Ensure scalability and consistency across all events.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
5–7 years of B2B event experience, including virtual and in-person formats.
2+ years managing event teams.
Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.

The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $110,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise. This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
