The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related technical field preferred or and at least five (5) years of previous exposure as Manufacturing Supervisor within the regulated industry.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Shift: 3rd shift
• Experience in:
  • Leading production staff.
  • Planning, organizing, staffing, performance assessment, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies, SOPs, cGMP, and FDA regulations.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Lead and supervise assigned production staff, maintaining strong floor presence.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, plant SOPs, cGMP, FDA, and safety regulations.
• Plan and execute daily production schedules and communicate priorities across shifts.
• Review batch records and documentation to ensure accuracy and timely closure.
• Identify training needs and partner with trainers to ensure staff qualification.
• Coordinate with Quality, Technical Services, and Operations during investigations.
• Initiate and support deviation investigations, CAPA, and Manufacturing Incident Reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN and Six Sigma tools.
• Manage staffing, overtime, attendance, performance evaluations, and corrective actions.
• Monitor production metrics and support cost, quality, and safety improvements.
• Suspend production when operations do not meet acceptable parameters (Final Authority).
• Prioritize production schedules and allocate staff resources (Final Authority).
• Approve overtime and staffing adjustments to meet production demand.
• Participate with Quality and Technical teams in improvement initiatives (Shared Authority).
• 10–15 direct reports.
