Medical Device with MATLAB Experience consultant

• Katalyst Healthcares & Life Sciences is hiring entry level candidates for several positions for contract research in Clinical trials of drugs, biologics and medical devices.
• We have a few immediate job opportunities available in Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Research field. We work with University hospitals, pharmaceutical companies and recruiting partners.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting MATLAB compatibility issues with laptop Security/antivirus software: installation, activation, configuration, and license management issues.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, including those involving cloud platforms (like AWS and Azure, GitHub).
• Interfacing with networking and system administration teams.
• Configuring networking settings (such as IP addresses and DNS entries).
• Working with Microsoft Office, PLM Systems.
• Complying with policies & procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.
• Complete training in area of responsibility within allowed time-period and periodic retraining in areas.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills. Candidates must be highly proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English language.
• Analytical and logical thinking, ability to understand customer requirements, review relevant information, and provide responses satisfactorily and with immediacy is required.
• Employee must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple activities and responsibilities.
• Ability to understand and follow complex written procedures is required.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems while exhibiting situational judgement.
