The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Major in Biology or Microbiology, and at least one (1) year of experience supporting Microbiology Laboratory activities within the regulated industry.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Shift: Administrative & according to business needs 
• Knowledge in:
  • Environmental monitoring and basic microbiology laboratory testing.
  • Technical documentation
  • Microbiology laboratory.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Perform and document microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished products, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory specifications (ISO 13485, FDA, GMP).
• Implement and monitor environmental control programs to ensure optimal production conditions and prevent microbiological contamination in manufacturing areas.
• Develop and validate microbiological methods in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Collaborate in the preparation and support of internal audits and regulatory inspections.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is calibrated and functioning properly for accurate testing results.
• Provide technical support and training on microbiological testing and procedures to production and quality teams.
