What You’ll Do

As a Simply Ed Middle School Math and ELA Teacher’s Assistant, you will:

• Provide push-in classroom support for middle school math and ELA instruction.
• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Work one-on-one and in small groups with students who need extra support.
• Help manage classroom routines and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and share observations with teachers.
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.
   

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Passionate about supporting students in math and ELA.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to showing up every day.
• Strong communicators and collaborative team players.
• Experienced with children (formally or informally) — experience in schools preferred, but training is provided.
• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Education, Math, English, or a related field.
• Cleared (or eligible for clearance) through DOE PETS background check and fingerprinting.
