Description

The resource must possess technical, analytical, coding and development skills required to perform and make significant changes to existing systems. The resource(s) will also aid and support during the Oracle Fusion Middleware Suite 12.x upgrade. The resource(s) must be capable of working on concurrent tasks and meeting tight target dates that include and are not limited to development and maintenance activities. The resource(s) will perform all work required to support the Oracle Fusion Middleware Applications (SOA-BPEL, Oracle ADF, J2EE and PL/SQL) systems including, but not limited to on-site, or off site, analytical and technical support; active monitoring; support for architectural, design, integration, and operational issues; functional support on application usage, problem determination and resolution; data interface issues with other applications; patching; assistance with maintenance of Oracle instances; documentation; knowledge transfer to both functional and technical staff; and related services.

Basic Functions

1.    Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware.

2.    Build solutions including but not limited to Oracle Fusion Middleware systems like SOA- BPEL, Oracle ADF, J2EE, PL/SQL, ORDS and Boomi platform.

3.    Takes directions from and works with senior members of the Applications Team & Middleware Team.

4.    Work with the Internal IT Team, SME’s and end users to understand the functional and

technical requirements.

5.    Provide day-to-day Middleware support, manage bugs, break-fixes and Oracle SRs and patching activities.

6.    Review requirement documents, create and maintain technical design and other required documents per the Standards and Processes.

7.    Written and verbal communication and presentation skills to gather or exchange information with internal and external customers on factual matter.

8.    Act as a backup for other IT team members in cross-trained functions as required.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

1.    10+ years with Oracle’s Middleware Application suite as a Developer cum Administrator

role on Linux based environments.

2.    5+ years of technical experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware, ADF, BC4J, ADF Faces, SOA BPEL, JDBC, XML, XSLT.

3.    10+ years PL/SQL experience.

4.    5+ years of Oracle Middleware applications migration/upgrade from 11g to 12c (SOA, ADF and Web center content).

5.    3 + years of working knowledge on Oracle EBS Adapter and integration with Web center content.

6.    3 + years of working knowledge on Web Content/UCM/WFR/Capture.

7.    3 + years of working knowledge on Oracle Fusion Middleware Tech stack (OID, OAM and WCC).

8.    Experience in creating and consuming SOAP/REST Webservices using JSON, XML.

9.    Expert knowledge of Java, J2EE (Spring Framework), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
