• Responsible
  for delivering more performant MSQL database solutions along with
  implementation plan at enterprise level.
  
• Ability
  to monitor database performance and optimize it through tuning and
  indexing
  
• Review
  existing stored procedures, identify bottle necks and optimize them
  
• Ensure
  data integrity, security and recovery processes
  
• Trouble
  shoot database issues and perform timely resolutions
  
• Ability
  to work with hybrid MSQL databases (on-prem and cloud)
  
• Verify
  batch jobs and their performance impact on databases and think out of box
  solutions
  
• Assist
  developers with query tuning and schema refinement​
  

Requirements

• Strong
  proven knowledge in tuning SQL queries
  
• Strong
  in writing MSQL stored procedures (TSQL)
  
• Review
  Database schema designs and provide suggestions from performance angle
  
• Helps
  the team in identifying key indexes and how they should be structured
  based on schema and frequent query patterns
  
• Identify
  run away queries and provide quick solutions
  
• Monitor
  system's health and performance using tools like Datadog.
  
• Analyze, solve, and
  correct issues in real time​
