Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking RN Med Surg Telemetry PCU for a long term travel / contract positions in Springfield, VT.

Pay Rate: $2484 Weekly Gross Pay based on a 36-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Unit: Med Surg, Telemetry (IPCU)
Shifts available: Nights
Shift timings: 12 Hours; Nights, 7.00 pm to 7.30 am
Schedule: 36 hours/week guaranteed, three shifts per week, Any 3 days of the week, including every other weekend. Holiday coverage required
Position Requirements:
- Current Med Surg Telemetry Nursing experience: 2 years - Required
- PCU experience - Required
- Drip experience - Required
- ICU experience - preferred
- Must float to PCU on Occassion
- RN Must be willing to float to any inpatient unit within their scope of practice - Required
- Minimum 3 months of travel/contract experience - Required
- Small critical access facility experience – Highly preferred
Education, License and Certification Requirements:
- ASN – Required
- BSN – Highly preferred
- RN License for State of Vermont or Compact - Required
- BLS, ACLS Certifications from AHA - Required
Job Description:
- Provide Nursing Care in Med Surg and Telemetry Units and float to IPCU/PCU units when needed
- Incorporate the appropriate assessment and intervention skills, utilizing the nursing process, in the delivery of nursing care on their unit for a specified group of patients on a designated shift.
- Communicate with patients, team members and management in an accurate and timely manner using written and verbal skills effectively and considerately.
- Promote compassionate, efficient, cost-effective and quality patient care.
- Incorporate teaching principles into practice and demonstrate competence in health promotion and disease prevention.
