Music Teacher - 25/26 School Year

Aidan is committed to providing high-quality, authentic Montessori education. We are currently seeking a Music Teacher to enrich our program and support our mission. This position will focus on working with Elementary students, ages 6–12, two days a week, with the potential to provide additional support for our school musical.

Required Experience, Qualifications, and Attributes:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher

• A commitment to the school’s mission as a dedicated member of the Montessori community


• A willingness to contribute to a culture of collaboration and teamwork


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail and organization, and passion for creating an inclusive and dynamic learning environment


• A positive, team spirit with a desire to work together to support all aspects of the school operations

Highly Desired Experience, Qualifications, and Attributes:

• Three years of teaching experience.


• Desire to fully implement and our community in training in a supportive and constructive environment.


• Willingness to build strong relationships with parents and caregivers of the children in your class.


• Master’s Degree
