New Grads accepted - Urgent need for Inpatient Rehab RN in Lawton, OK with $2232 Weekly Gross or hig

Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking Rehab RNs for multiple travel/contract positions in Lawton, OK. We are accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Position Details:

Position Name: Travel Registered Nurse - Rehab Inpatient 

Location: Lawton, Oklahoma

Specialty: Rehab

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full-time, Travel, Contract, Temporary

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Pay Rate: Range $1980 to $2232 weekly Gross Pay based on a 36-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: Inpatient Rehab

Shifts available: Nights, Days 

Schedule: 36 hours/week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, weekends as needed (EOW), No call. 

• Registered Nurse: 6 months to 1 year - Required (New Grads are accepted)
  


• Inpatient Rehab Nursing experience: Recent/Current, 6 months – Required
  


• Travel experience - Highly preferred 
  

Education, License and Certification Requirements

• ASN or an equivalent – Required
  


• BSN or an equivalent – Highly preferred
  


• RN License for State of OK or Compact - Required
  


• AHA BLS Certifications  - Required
  


• NIHSS - Required (Can be obtained upon offer)
  

Job Description:

• Provides all aspects of professional nursing care in assigned units (Rehab units)
  


• Provides all aspects of professional and comprehensive nursing care in assigned units (Rehab)
  


• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
  


• Changing Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care.
  


• Provide care for patients of all ages.
  


• Other assigned duties that fall within scope of practice and skillset
