Job Title: Autonomous Vehicle Operator – $26/Hour (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Schedule: Full-Time (30+ hrs/week) or Part-Time
Start Date: Training class begins July 28
Shifts:

• Morning: 5:30 AM – 12:30 PM

• Midday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  (Must be available Saturdays)

Join May Mobility, a pioneer in autonomous vehicle technology, and help transform the future of transportation. We're hiring Autonomous Vehicle Operators to support daily ride operations and provide a safe, smooth, and professional passenger experience.

In this role, you'll operate and oversee cutting-edge self-driving vehicles while engaging with riders and supporting feedback for continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate autonomous vehicles during scheduled shifts

• Greet and assist passengers, including those with disabilities

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness

• Document feedback and report technical issues

• Uphold high standards for safety, professionalism, and public interaction

Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with 3+ years of clean driving experience

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to lift 20–30 lbs and perform light physical tasks

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Comfortable with technology and autonomous systems

• Must pass background check, MVR review, and drug screen (including THC)

Preferred:

• Technical or mechanical experience

• Experience in transportation, ride-share, hospitality, or military service
