Our agency is in need of an NP for 1 day per week to assist an employee/family based primary care/occ med clinic in Greeley, CO.
Details:
June 2-Aug 29
Hours: 8:00 am or 8:30a start-4:30p (1/2 hr lunch)
Clinic staffing model: 1 provider, 2 MA’s
Patient ages: 2 years and up
Average # of patients per day: 10
$90 per hour
Paid Shadow Training
Paid Module Training (2 hrs)
Paid Malpractice
Requirements
Must have active CO FNP licensure
Must have clean medical and criminal background
Must have 2+ years primary care experience as an FNP
Must be BC or truly BE
