Independent Contractor Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Old Mission Wound Care (trade name Rebirth Advanced Healing)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Independent Contractor Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wound care and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Wound care experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive advanced wound care to patients in their homes, skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform wound debridement, dressing changes, and other necessary procedures
• Educate patients and families about wound care and prevention
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the required timeline
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Current unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in South Carolina. Both South Carolina and Georgia preferred.
• Excellent clinical skills and judgment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Wound care experience preferred
• Must have reliable transportation

Ability to Commute: The surrounding Savannah, GA area generally within 1 hour radius of your home. (Required)

Ability to Relocate: Savannah, GA 31403: Relocate before starting work (Required)
