Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking Rehab OT for a 13-week travel/contract position in Renton, WA. We are accepting both local and travelers candidates.

Position Details:

Pay Rate: $2400 to $2480 Weekly Gross pay based on a 40-hr work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: LTC, Rehab

Shifts available: Days

Position Requirements:

• Occupational Therapist: 1-2 years - Required
  


• Recent/Current LTC or Rehab OT experience: Preferred 
  

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• OT License for State applying or Compact if applicable -  Required
  


• BLS Certification from AHA  - Required
  

Job Description:

• Provides all aspects of Occupational Therapy services to the assigned case load
  


• Maintains timely and accurate patient records and reports.
  


• Supervise Assistant / Aide staff as guided by governing board.
  


• Designs and fabricates splints as specified by doctors' prescriptions.
  


• Designs and administers treatment programs to increase patients' (residents) levels of functioning.
  


• Uses therapeutic exercises and activities to improve or maintain strength, range of motion, and fine-motor coordination.
