Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.

  • Current OT license in Massachusetts.

  • BLS required.

  • Outpatient rehab experience preferred.



Responsibilities:


  • Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Provide therapy to improve function and support independence.

  • Educate patients and families on exercises and home care.

  • Document progress in EMR and adjust plans as needed.

  • Collaborate with rehab team for coordinated care.
