Requirements:

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.

Current OT license in Massachusetts.

BLS required.

Outpatient rehab experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans.

Provide therapy to improve function and support independence.

Educate patients and families on exercises and home care.

Document progress in EMR and adjust plans as needed.

Collaborate with rehab team for coordinated care.
