A high‑end residential landscape company in Lake Tahoe is looking for a polished, reliable, and friendly Office Administrator to keep our operations running smoothly. We design and maintain some of the most stunning properties in the region, and we’re looking for someone who brings the same level of care and professionalism to our office.
🌿 What You’ll Do

Serve as the first point of contact by answering and directing client calls

Manage insurance paperwork, renewals, and compliance documentation

Handle DMV renewals and related administrative tasks

Support scheduling, file organization, and general office coordination

Assist the leadership team with day‑to‑day administrative needs
