PRN (As-Needed) Healthcare Position
Position Overview
PRN team members with CARE Workforce Solutions provide as-needed coverage for private medical, dental, and aesthetic practices. These roles support staffing flexibility, coverage during PTO, high-volume periods, or temporary vacancies.
PRN professionals are expected to be reliable, professional, and clinically competent, with the ability to integrate quickly into existing teams while upholding patient care standards and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations and staff coordination
Manage scheduling, workflows, and patient flow
Support billing, insurance verification, and documentation
Serve as liaison between providers, staff, and CARE

Requirements

Prior healthcare office management experience
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of medical/dental office systems and compliance

Ideal Candidate

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
Reliable internet and phone access.
