Office Services Specialist

Scottsdale, AZ 85258 (onsite)

Minimum 90 days with potential to hire

Mon-Fri, 7:00am – 4:00pm

Driving: YES, Personal Vehicle required.

• Operate high-volume copiers, imaging systems, and finishing equipment (binding, coiling, cutting, etc.)
• Process incoming and outgoing mail; apply postage and coordinate with carriers (Amazon, FedEx, etc.)
• Complete print job requests using document software and digital systems (e.g., TRAC)
• Open, save, retrieve, and transfer PC files following protocols; use MS Office and email
• Perform quality checks, clear jams, and coordinate service calls on copier equipment
• Maintain logs for meters, jobs, supply inventory, and billing
• Deliver completed print jobs and mail to designated locations
• Provide face-to-face customer service in a print production or store-like setting
• Set up meeting and conference rooms; perform light maintenance and occasional cleaning
• File documents; assist with purging or archiving as needed
• Use shrink-wrap machine, jogger, paper cutter, hole driller, tape machine, stackers, stapler, calculator, fax, and postage meter
• Periodic overtime, including nights or weekends, may be required

lifting or moving items weighing up to 50-55 lbs.
