Job Description - Onboarding Specialist

Malone is actively recruiting a friendly and reliable Onboarding Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about working with people detail oriented, and operationally focused, we would love to hear from you.  



Position Summary:
The Onboarding Specialist is primarily responsible for overseeing daily activities at the client site, providing administrative support, along with fostering a positive environment. This includes communicating with multiple individuals and ensuring operational tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Location: Findlay, Ohio 45840
Job Type: Part-time (approx. 8-12 hours per week)



The Responsibilities:



  • Assist with checking in new hires on their start date

  • Provide guidance and answer basic questions

  • Complete onboarding paperwork and brief on company policies  

  • Consistent communication with recruiters and managers 



 The Qualifications:



  • Must have customer service experience

  • Previous onboarding, HR, or staffing industry experience is a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and remain detail oriented
