About the position:

We are looking for Seasonal Snow Removal equipment operators for our team in the area of Savage, MN. 

• Equipment operators with at least one year of prior experience.


• These positions are seasonal, with variable hours based on snow events. Shifts range from 6 to 24 hours, but vary based on the storm. Pay is varied based on position and applicant experience.

We are looking for people who:

• Have experience moving snow with heavy equipment or significant experience with a skid steer, bob cat, or scoop.


• Have reliable transportation to and from the shop.


• Are available from November 1 to April 15th


• Able to work outdoors in freezing weather conditions


• Maintain good physical condition to be able to lift 50-60 pounds without assistance


• Valid and Clean driver's license with no restrictions, and the ability to be insured by From the Ground Up.


• Operators will need to provide certification or undergo a DOT physical.


• Ability to work well with other team members to efficiently and safely complete each assignment.


• Pass a company safety training course


• Ability to use a smartphone for two-way communication, mobile dispatch, and our field software


• Work well under high-pressure situations


• Be punctual, reliable, and passionate about providing a high level of service to our customers.

Pay range $30.00 to $42.00 per hour
