Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and provide treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.


• Utilize Kinnser software for documentation, scheduling, and communication.


• Provide skilled therapy interventions to patients in their home environment.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all visits and treatments.

Requirements

• Valid Occupational Therapy license.


• Experience using Kinnser software system.


• Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach.


• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.


• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in Ida and surrounding areas.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
