- 1.0 FTE General Otolaryngologist, specialized in Sleep Medicine, Rhinology/Sinus/Anterior Skull Base surgeries

and 1.0 FTE: General Otolaryngologist, specialized in Head and Neck Oncology surgeries

Clinical Schedule:Tuesday and Friday, Every other Wednesday, 8am-4:30pm

OR Schedule: Monday and Thursday, Every other Wednesday 7am-3:30pm

- 0.3 FTE: General Otolaryngologist, specialized in Otology (Ears)

Clinical Schedule:Every other Tuesday and Thursday, 8am-4:30pm

OR Schedule: Every other Wednesday, 7am-3:30pm

• Call Schedule: TBC (No mention of call in solicitation)

• Call Type: TBC

• Call Ratio: TBC

• Patient Demographics: Adults

Requirements:

• Active unrestricted license in any State or U.S. territory

• Board Certified /Board Eligible by the American Board of Otolaryngology

• BLS

• ACLS

• DEA Certificate
