Overnight Parking Staff - 2025 NY State Fair

Description

Syracuse Parking Services is searching for overnight parking staff to work Saturday, August 16 - Monday, September 1, 2025.

The overnight shift is expected to be 9pm-6am.

This position is for overnight shifts only. If interested in daytime positions, please go to other seasonal parking staff openings to apply.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing an exceptional overnight guest experience to attendees parking in the facility
• Processing credit card payments using E-Tix machines
• Checking pre-paid parking permit and passes on vehicles
• Assisting guests with directions, questions, and venue information

Requirements

Required skills and experience:

• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time in variable weather
• Must have overnight availability
• Excellent customer service skills
• Positive attitude and problem-solving capabilities
• Prior cashier experience preferred but not required
• Must be over 18 years old

This position does not handle cash and may not accept tips.
