For packaging validation and testing activities in Product Transfer and New Product Introduction.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the regulated industry.  
• Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Spanish.
• Technical writing skills and problem-solving skills. 
• Shift: Administrative, and flexible to business needs.
• Experience in:
  • Process and Equipment Validation
  • Technical proficiency in tools such as SolidWorks and Minitab
  • Working with packaging lines, filling equipment, and automation systems.
  • Root cause analysis

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Design, develop, and test a wide variety of containers used for the production, display, and handling of products. 
• Determine packaging specifications according to the nature of the product, cost limitations, legal requirements, and the type of protection required. onsidering the need for resistance to such external variables as moisture, corrosive chemicals, temperature variations, light, heat, rough handling, and tampering.
• Design package exteriors considering such factors as product identification, sales appeal, aesthetic quality, printing and production techniques.
• Include documentation management and/or coordination of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and support prototype line development in manufacturing facilities/plants.
