What You’ll Do:

• Paint resident studio apartments and stain exterior deck areas
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing, sanding, and protecting surrounding materials
• Operate a power washer to clean deck surfaces before staining
• Mix and match paints and finishes for professional results
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures
• Coordinate project timing with staff and residents
• Complete touch-ups and assigned painting projects efficiently
• Support additional maintenance tasks as needed

What You’ll Need:

• 1–4 years of interior painting and exterior staining experience
• Ability to safely operate painting tools and a power washer
• Strong attention to detail and surface preparation skills
• Must be 18 years or older

• Temporary role through September
• Monday–Friday schedule
• No weekends
• No holidays
