Role: Palantir Foundry Consultant- 5 positions

Duration: 12+ Months

Location : Onsite in Pittsburg PA or remote with ability to travel every 2 weeks

Exp required:15+ yrs overall & 4 yrs with Foundry

About the Role:

As a Foundry Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in integrating Palantir Foundry with client’s Operations IQ platform. You’ll translate operational challenges into real-time, data-driven decisions that improve patient flow, staff efficiency, and care outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design and implementation of Palantir Foundry-based operational solutions.
• Develop data pipelines, Ontology models, dashboards, and workflows.
• Facilitate adoption via training, documentation, and best practice guidance.
• Translate stakeholder needs into technical deliverables; ensure alignment with KPIs.
• Drive continuous configuration and optimization of deployed solutions.

Qualifications:

• 4 to 5 years of direct Palantir Foundry implementation experience.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, ETL, and data modeling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), data governance, and security.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Palantir Foundry certifications.
• Healthcare operations/domain knowledge.
• Exposure to predictive analytics or ML workflows.
