P&C insurance / Reinsurance System Analyst

Job Description: 

Role: Business System Analyst (P&C insurance or Reinsurance is must)

Duration: Long Term

Location: Warren, NJ (3 days Hybrid)--Locals to NY/NJ only

Note: Should have experience in policy side of P&C insurance domain. LOcals to NY/NJ Only

Responsibilities:

• 8+ years’ experience in business analysis for technology solutions

• Experience in Agile methodology processes, practices, and artifacts.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking skills as well as the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Acts as a liaison between the business and technical organization in planning, directing, and analyzing complex business problems.
• Manages and prepares system backlog for prioritization
• Leads sessions to elicit requirements and creates detailed business requirement documents and obtains stakeholder signoff.
• Creates functional framework in Jira for projects; manages requirement delivery following agile best practices.
• Excellent ability to perform and document analysis of complex business, workflow, and technology processes to support development
• Support UAT Ops test planning activities
• Ability to understand and document system integrations within the insurance ecosystem
