What You’ll Do 

Working under the direction of the ED Physician, this role provides rapid assessment, triage, and treatment to patients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Perform patient triage, assessments, and initiate appropriate emergency interventions


• Administer medications and assist physicians with exams and emergency procedures


• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team


• Accurately document patient care, treatments, and medications in the electronic health records


• Operate medical equipment and support diagnostic testing to ensure quality patient care


• Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.

Who We’re Looking For

• Emergency Medical Technician – Paramedic Certificate issued by the State of Colorado required


• American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire and maintained throughout employment


• Must have an American Heart Association PALS and ACLS certification within 6 months of initial employment and maintain current status throughout GRHD employment.

What We Offer

Our total rewards package includes

• Pay Range: $18.90 - $28.35/hour (based on experience)


• Shift Differentials: $2–$4/hour for nights and weekends, and other incentive pay available.


• PRN Differential: 10% differential in addition to base rate salary

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
