We are seeking a Asphalt Maintenance Technician for our Northeast Atlanta crew. As the Asphalt Maintenance Technician, you will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the city.

Job Summary

Our Asphalt Maintenance Technician utilizes specialized equipment and applies materials to pavement surfaces, maximizing value for our clients' assets.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Operate equipment for line painting, asphalt crack filling, seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more

Plan and oversee the production of high-quality projects

Communicate daily job status with the Operations Manager

Maintain a safe and hazard-free job site

Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING

A Georgia driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract required) and reliable transportation

Self-motivated, critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

Understanding of the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail

Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75 lbs)

Capacity to work independently and without supervision

Experience with small engines (e.g., lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is a plus

Compensation: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
