Payroll Consultant

Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in Paychex to manage weekly payroll for 350–400 employees across four entities. The position is on-site Mondays and Tuesdays (8 AM – 5 PM), with flexible hours for the remainder of the week.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accurate weekly payroll using Paychex for multiple entities
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies
• Address payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
• Collaborate with HR and accounting teams as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience with Paychex payroll systems
• Ability to manage payroll for multiple companies
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Availability to work on-site Mondays and Tuesdays
