Payroll Specialist

Lawelawe Management Group is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support our finance operations. In this role, you’ll ensure employees are paid accurately and on time while keeping payroll records organized and compliant.

What You’ll Do

• Confirm timecards are complete and accurate 
• Prepare and process biweekly payroll
• Reconcile and record payroll in the accounting system
• Set up new employees in the accounting system 
• Remove terminated employees in the accounting system 
• Complete local, state, and federal payroll reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Payroll processing experience required
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills (Deltek Costpoint a plus)
• Detail-driven, organized, and reliable
• Familiarity with payroll compliance at local, state, and federal levels
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
