Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
Location: Philadelphia, PA

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Part- and Full-Time hours available

Compensation: $18-$19 an hour 

Responsibilities:

• Assist students 1:1 with academic and behavioral goals in a daycare setting.


• Provide emotional support and encouragement throughout the school day.


• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, parents, and staff.


• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.

Requirements:

• Special needs or PCA experience required


• Strong behavioral experience preferred


• Team player with strong communication skills


• PA state required clearances
