Job Description - PeopleSoft FSCM Developer

City: Austin, TX
Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Hybrid (1 day a week onsite)

Duration: 12 months

Rate Range: Up to$78/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)

Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B

Start Date:
09/02/2025

Must Have:

·       PeopleSoft
FSCM 9.2 (Accounts Receivable and Billing modules)
·       PeopleTools
(PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, COBOL, SQR)
·       Integration
Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
·       Oracle
SQL and PL/SQL
·       Linux
OS scripting
·       AWE
(Approval Workflow Engine)

Preferred:

· Experience
with Texas state agencies, CAPPS Financials, Treasury Offset Program.

Qualifications:

·       Minimum
8 years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing.
·       8+
years developing with PeopleTools, including PeopleCode, Application Engine,
COBOL, and SQR.
·       8+
years experience with Integration Broker using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML.
·       Strong
proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL using Oracle.
·       Experience
with Linux scripting.
·       Deep
understanding of AWE in PeopleSoft.
·       Ability
to create detailed technical documentation and understand SDLC.
·       Proficiency
with Microsoft O365 applications and experience in large team collaboration
environments.

Responsibilities:

·       Analyze,
design, and modify ERP programming systems including testing and debugging to
support ERP applications.
·       Develop
and support data conversion from legacy systems and interface programs between
PeopleSoft and third-party systems.
·       Ensure
seamless software integration within the ERP ecosystem.
·       Work
with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
·       Create
and maintain system documentation and technical specifications.
·       Collaborate
with remote team members using Microsoft Teams and standard communication
tools.
·       Provide
occasional off-hours support as required during certain project phases.
