Job Type: Contract / 1099

We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to manage client accounts from start to finish, including daily service, policy renewals, quoting, billing, marketing, claims assistance, and more. You will work closely with clients and producers to ensure timely, accurate, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new business and renewals, including quoting, proposals, and applications
     
  • Provide daily client support: ID cards, endorsements, billing, etc.
     
  • Handle policy changes, claims support, and coverage education
     
  • Use Applied Epic for processing and documentation
     
  • Ensure policy accuracy and compliance with agency procedures
     
  • Maintain strong client and carrier relationships
     
  • Work proactively on account retention and cross-selling

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty License
     
  • Applied Epic experience strongly preferred
     
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
     
  • Insurance industry knowledge and attention to detail
     
  • Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently
     

Note: This is a contract (1099) position only. No W-2 employment.
