Job Description - Physical Therapist

Adelphi is seeking Physical Therapists to provide services to students at a school district in Alvin, Texas. The ideal candidates will provide services to students enrolled in the school district, in accordance with established standards of care and in compliance with district policies and guidelines.

• Participate in ARD committee meetings to develop or revise student IEPs.

• Provide and document physical therapy services in accordance with IEP requirements.

• Maintain FERPA -compliant confidentiality and accurate service records.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
