Position: Occupational Therapist- Outpatient

Length of Contract: 13 weeks

Weekly Wage: $2,370.00-$2,630.00 (depending on tax free stipend eligibility)

Shift: 8:00 am- 5:00 pm -40 hour week

A critical access hospital in Republic, Washington is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join the outpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you will work directly with patients to restore mobility, improve function, and support overall wellness in a collaborative hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy techniques.


• Develop individualized treatment plans and document patient progress.


• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and recovery strategies.


• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure coordinated, quality patient care.


• Comply with all hospital policies, state licensure requirements, and HIPAA regulations.
  

Qualifications:

• Valid
  Washington State Physical Therapy License required.


• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage patient caseload efficiently.


• Previous hospital or rural experience is a plus.
