Physical Therapist - PRN

Description

HTS is a leading therapy provider that is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at a highly rated rehab facility in Evansville, IN. As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will provide coverage for call-ins, vacations, and caseload increases on an as-needed basis. Additionally, we have a consistent need for 4-6 hours of coverage on Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient mobility, strength, and function

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
