Job Summary: The pool café associate is responsible for providing an exceptional member experience by providing quality food, drinks, and service around the pool and at the outdoor café in a timely manner. It is also the responsibility of the pool café staff to maintain a clean and safe environment at all times adhering to all MN health and safety codes. As for all our team members, your primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional member experience and keep a high standard of member and guest satisfaction, service quality, appearance, and cleanliness of facilities. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential to the success of each team member, as well as the success of our operation. 

Requirements

Expected Hours of Work: Flexible scheduling - daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. We are looking for many types of availability, as we are extremely flexible.

We hope to welcome you to Woodhill Summer 2025. The Pool Café is operational Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to effectively balance multiple tasks.
• Team oriented.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $17-19/hour – NON-TIPPING
• Uniform shirts provided.
• Complimentary employee meals.
• Use of Woodhill’s exceptional facilities (golf course, pool, and tennis courts) on some Mondays.
