This role involves providing high-quality occupational therapy services to our patients on an as-needed basis, ensuring they receive personalized care that supports their rehabilitation and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.


• Provide skilled therapy interventions to improve patients’ functional abilities.


• Document patient progress accurately and timely.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.


• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.


• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

• Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.


• Experience working as an Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
