Description

Solterra Senior Living at Chandler is looking for PRN Make Readies to join our community.

Responsibilities:

Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

One-year maintenance experience.
Ability to be on call if needed.
Has a general understanding of systems including: plumbing, electrical, mechanical and code compliance.
Competent in organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
