Tobler Marina is seeking a dedicated, self-starter, and organized Pro Shop Specialist and Efoil Sales Associate!

Compensation: $20/hour plus commission 

Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older  

Location: Tobler Marina 

What You'll Be Doing: 

•  Provide expert-level customer consultation on wake surfing, wakeboarding, water skiing, wake foiling, and EFoiling equipment, tailoring recommendations based on rider experience.


• Manage inventory systems across Shopify and lightspeed. Utilizing SKU’s and barcode management with routine inventory audits.


• Create and contribute to blog content to support SEO, customer education, and brand positioning


• Operate and support mobile retail initiatives, including pop-ups and the 208 wake shop’s floating Pro Shop
  


• Maintain in-store merchandising and ensure displays align with seasonal demand and customer needs


• Assist on sales events, including boat shows, retail promotions, and demo experience.


• Support CRM efforts by maintaining customer relationships, follow ups, and assisting with targeted outreach.


• Drive eFoil (Fliteboard) sales through product demonstrations, education, and personalized customer engagement

Who We're Looking For:

  • Self-starter, organized, and strong customer service skills 
  
  
  • Willingness to learn about the pro-shop market 
  
  
  • Ability to pass a background check 
  
  
  
  


• Strongly Recommended: 
  
  
  
  • Boating experience - a general love for being on and around the water
  
  
  • Previous wakesurf experience, either professionally or recreationally 
  
  
  • Previous POS experience or sales associate experience
